Q - Who supplies the London Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens for TheatreVouchers.net?
A - Our Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens are supplied by Encore Tickets Ltd. Encore Tickets are a fully-bonded London theatre ticket agent. Encore Tickets have allocations for all London theatres, and are official members of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR). STAR is a self-regulatory body which operates within guidelines supported by The Office of Fair Trading, the British Tourist Authority, the London Tourist Board, and the Society of London Theatre.
Q - What are London Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens?
A - London Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens come in a variety of formats, and take into account a range of budgets. London Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens are exchangeable for any show available through Encore Tickets. See the shows section for a list of current shows. London Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens are available in £10, £20 and £50 denominations and can be used for either full or part payment.
Q - What are Dinner & Show packages?
A - Our Dinner and Show packages include a ticket to one of our London shows and a two course meal at one of our specially selected restaurants within walking distance of the respective theatre.
Q - What are Hotel & Show packages?
A - Our Hotel and Show packages include top price tickets to a London show and an overnight stay in one of our specially selected London hotels.
Q - How long are the Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens valid for?
A - Our Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens are valid for redemption for one year from the date of issue.
Q - When will I receive my Theatre Vouchers / Tokens?
A - All orders are dispatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday) by First Class post. Any orders taken over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Q - Is there a charge for postage?
A - No, there is no charge for postage and packaging.
Q - Does it matter if the theatre tickets cost more or less than the value of the vouchers / tokens?
A - No. If the cost of the tickets is less than the value of the Theatre Vouchers / Tokens you will be given change in vouchers / tokens. If the cost of the tickets is more than the value of the Theatre Vouchers / Tokens you can pay the extra cost by cash, cheque or card.
Q - Can the Theatre Vouchers / Tokens be used to buy tickets in person at any ticket box offices.
A - Yes. Our Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens can be redeemed in person at either the Encore Tickets Desk or the Collection Point in Cockspur Street.
