How to Use

Our theatre gift vouchers / tokens can be used as full or part payment for tickets to the shows listed on this site, our dinner & show packages and our hotel & show packages. You can redeem your vouchers / tokens in one of the following ways:

1. By phone on 020 7432 4466 - our call centre is open 7 days a week at the following times:

   Mon-Fri 7.30am-7.30pm
   Sat 9.00am-7.30pm
   Sun 9.00am-4.30pm

2. In person at one of our retail outlets:

   Encore Tickets Desk 
   British and London Visitor Centre 
   1 Regent Street, London, SW1Y 4TX

   Open Mon-Fri 9.30am-6.00pm, Sat 10.00am-5.00pm

   Or

   Encore Tickets - Ticket Collection Point
   Original London Sightseeing Visitor Centre
   17-19 Cockspur Street (off Trafalgar Square)
   London SW1Y 5BL

   Open Mon-Fri 9.30am-6.00pm, Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. Please note that we are open every day except Christmas day.

   If vouchers / tokens are redeemed over the phone, they must then be sent by post to one of our retail outlets for confirmation.

   All voucher / token orders are dispatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday) by First Class post. Any orders taken over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

   If the tickets cost more than the value of your Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens, you can pay the additional amount by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

   Our Theatre Gift Vouchers / Tokens are valid for redemption for one year from the date of issue.
